These terms cover your use of SMM PWR. They are written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, open a ticket and ask before you place an order.
SMM PWR is a reseller of social media marketing services. We do not produce engagement ourselves. When you place an order it is passed to a supplier network that fulfils it. That matters for two reasons: delivery speed and quality depend on the supplier, and so does what happens when something goes wrong.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google or any other platform named on this site. Those names are used only to describe which platform a service applies to.
You need an account to order. One person or business, one account. Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
We can suspend or close an account that abuses the service, files fraudulent chargebacks, or is used for anything listed in section 8.
You add funds first, then spend from your balance. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend.
Top-ups run through third-party crypto processors, currently Cryptomus and Heleket. Their processing times, fees and confirmation rules apply, not ours. A payment is credited once the processor confirms it.
Bonus percentages on top-ups are promotional and can change at any time. A bonus already credited stays credited.
Balance is not withdrawable. Funds added to your account are for buying services here. We do not convert balance back to cash.
Before you confirm an order the price is calculated and shown. Confirming deducts it from your balance immediately.
You are responsible for the link and the quantity you submit. Some rules follow from how the platforms work, not from us:
Once an order has been submitted to a supplier it usually cannot be edited.
Every service shows a measured average completion time taken from supplier statistics, recent delivery volume, and where available a historical drop rate. Those are measurements of past orders. They are the best information we have, and we publish them so you can judge a service for yourself, but they are not promises about your specific order.
Where a supplier publishes no figure we leave the field blank instead of estimating. An empty field means nobody measured it.
Some services carry a refill guarantee, shown on the service. If the count drops inside the guarantee window you can request a refill from your orders page and the shortfall is topped back up.
Refills are limited by what the supplier honours. A request can be refused if the link changed, the post was deleted, the account went private, or the drop happened after the window closed.
Services without a refill guarantee are labelled as such. On those, a drop is not refundable. That is why the drop rate is published next to the price.
Cancellation is possible only on services that support it, and only before delivery has started. The service list shows which ones allow it.
If an order delivers partially, the unfulfilled portion is refunded to your balance. If an order fails without delivering anything, the full amount is refunded to your balance.
We do not refund orders that were delivered as described. Getting a result you did not expect from engagement you did receive is not grounds for a refund. If you are unsure how a service behaves, order the minimum first. Minimums on most services are 10 to 20 units and cost a few cents.
Refunds go to your SMM PWR balance, not back to the original payment method. Crypto payments are not reversible.
You may not use SMM PWR to:
Orders that fall into these categories can be cancelled without refund, and the account can be closed.
Buying engagement conflicts with the terms of service of most social platforms. That is a decision you make for your own account. You accept the risk of any action those platforms take, including removal of engagement, restrictions, or suspension. We cannot appeal on your behalf and we do not compensate for platform action.
Purchased engagement can also disappear when a platform runs a purge of inauthentic accounts. Outside a refill guarantee, that is not refundable.
If you resell through our API or a child panel you set your own prices and you own the relationship with your customers, including their support and their refunds. Our obligations run to you, not to them.
Keep your API key private. Orders placed with your key are billed to your balance regardless of who placed them.
Do not use our name or brand without asking, and do not describe our capabilities in ways we have not stated.
We aim to keep the panel running continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Suppliers go down, platforms change how they work, and services get withdrawn at short notice. When a service stops delivering we disable it rather than take orders it cannot fulfil.
Prices and the catalogue change as supplier costs change. The price shown at the moment you order is the price you pay for that order.
Support runs through the ticket system in your account. Include the order ID. Tickets are answered in the order they arrive.
If you think an order was handled wrongly, raise it with us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback on a delivered order is treated as fraud and closes the account.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, lost followers, lost reach, or action taken against your account by a platform.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the updated version. Material changes are announced in the panel.
Open a ticket from your account. If you do not have one yet you can create an account for free, or read the service list first.
