Refund policy

This page explains when money comes back to you on SMM PWR, in what form, and when it does not. It follows the same rules as the Terms of service; nothing here contradicts them.

1. How paying works here

You top up a balance through third-party crypto processors (currently Cryptomus and Heleket) and orders are charged from that balance. Balance is not withdrawable and is not converted back to cash or crypto. Because of that, every refund described below is a refund to your panel balance, not to your wallet or card.

2. Refunds that happen automatically

Two cases are handled by the panel itself, without a ticket:

  • Canceled orders. If an order is canceled before delivery — by you where the service allows it, by us, or by the supplier — the full charge returns to your balance.
  • Partial delivery. If a supplier delivers only part of an order and marks it partial, the undelivered remainder is credited back to your balance automatically.

3. Refill is not a refund

Some services carry a refill guarantee, shown on the service. If the count drops inside the guarantee window, the shortfall is topped back up — you request it from your orders page. A refill restores the count; it does not return money. Services marked "No Refill" are priced lower precisely because drops on them are not compensated.

4. When an order cannot be refunded

These rules follow from how delivery works, and they are stated before you order:

  • The target profile or post was set to private during delivery.
  • The username of the target account was changed while the order was running.
  • Two orders were run on the same link at the same time, so the counts cannot be verified.
  • The link submitted was not in the format the service expects.
  • The order has already been fully delivered. A later, natural drop outside a refill window is not grounds for a refund.

5. Deposits

A confirmed top-up stays on your balance until you spend it; there is no expiry. We do not refund a deposit just because it has not been spent. If a payment was confirmed by the processor but never credited to your balance, open a ticket with the transaction id — that is an error on our side or the processor's and we will chase it until it is resolved.

6. How to ask

If you believe an order qualifies for a refund and it was not handled automatically, open a ticket from your account with the order id. Tickets are answered by a person. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of opening a ticket is treated as fraud under the Terms of service and leads to account closure.
