Once a month we freeze what our own catalogue measured and leave it here unchanged. Each entry is a dated record, not a live figure: the numbers on it are what the suppliers behind our services reported that month, and they are never rewritten afterwards. Live figures are on the price list and fast services.

A panel that only ever shows today's number cannot be checked. Keeping the old ones means anyone can see whether our delivery times improved or slipped, and by how much. We publish the unflattering months the same way as the good ones.
One frozen record per month: how many services published a measured completion time, what the median and spread were, the drop figures suppliers reported, and the price floor and median of the catalogue that month.
