This page explains what SMM PWR collects when you use smmpwr.com, why it is collected, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. It describes what the panel actually does today, not a template of what a panel might do.
SMM PWR operates smmpwr.com, a social media marketing panel that resells engagement services from upstream providers. Questions about anything on this page go to info@smmpwr.com, to the same address on Microsoft Teams, or to a support ticket from inside your account. We answer privacy requests from the same inbox that handles everything else, so you are not routed into a separate queue that nobody reads.
There are four groups, and nothing outside them:
We never ask for the password of the social account you are ordering for. No service on this panel needs it. If anyone contacts you claiming to be SMM PWR and asks for a social login, it is not us.
Five cookies are set on smmpwr.com. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies:
PHPSESSID and _csrf keep you signed in and block forged form submissions. Session length, deleted when you close the browser.guest_user_first_visit marks that a visitor has landed before. Session length._usid is the panel's internal visitor identifier. It lasts one year._ppref records which affiliate sent you, so a referral is credited to the right partner. It lasts one year. If you did not arrive through an affiliate link, it holds nothing useful.The two one-year cookies are the reason this page exists. You can delete all of them in your browser settings at any time. Deleting the session cookies signs you out; deleting _ppref means a referral you arrived through may not be credited.
This is the part most panels leave out, so we will be direct about it.
SMM PWR does not deliver engagement itself. When you place an order, the target link or username you entered, along with the quantity, is sent to the upstream provider that fulfils that service. It has to be, because the provider is the party that actually delivers. Different services route to different providers, and we choose the provider, not you.
We do not send your email address, your balance, your order history or anything else about your account to providers. They receive the target and the quantity, and nothing that identifies you as the buyer.
If you would rather a particular link never reach a third party, do not order for it. That is the honest answer, and there is no setting that changes it.
Top-ups run through Cryptomus and Heleket. Payment happens on their systems, not ours. We receive confirmation that a payment cleared and the amount, so we can credit your balance. We do not see or store card numbers, wallet seed phrases or bank details, and there is nothing of that kind in our database to leak. Their own privacy terms cover what they collect while processing the payment.
Site traffic is measured with GoatCounter, self-hosted on infrastructure we control. It records the page path, the referring site, the page title, your screen width and the query string. It sets no cookie and builds no profile of you across sites.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no Meta pixel, no advertising network tag and no session recording. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.
The delivery data shown next to services (average completion time, drop rate) is generated from provider statistics on our own server. It is about services, not about visitors, and it contains nothing derived from your browsing.
storage.perfectcdn.com. A CDN necessarily sees the IP address that requests a file.socialsanalytics.com, which we run.We do not sell data, rent it, or hand it to advertising networks. There is no data broker in this chain.
Account, order and transaction records are kept while the account is open, because they are the account. Support tickets are kept so a later message has its history. Technical logs are short-lived and used for security and debugging.
Ask us to close your account and we will delete the account and its personal details. Anonymised transaction totals may remain in accounting records where they no longer identify you.

We do not charge for this and we do not require a reason. If a request would break something we are required to keep, such as a payment record, we will say exactly which part we cannot delete and why, instead of refusing the whole request.
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, not in readable form. Access to the admin side is limited to the people who run the panel. No system is beyond reach, so use a password here that you do not use anywhere else, and turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings.
This panel is for people old enough to enter a commercial agreement, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly open accounts for them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will close it.
When this page changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, the change goes live here. Continuing to use the panel after a change means the current version applies. Nothing here is retroactive.

This site sets five cookies: three keep you signed in, and two last a year (an internal visitor id and one that credits the affiliate who sent you). No advertising or cross-site trackers. Read the privacy policy.
