Why an order goes partial

• The source runs dry. The provider behind the service has a finite pool of accounts for that country or quality tier. When the pool empties mid-order, the rest cannot be filled.
• The target changes. A profile goes private, a post is deleted, or a video is taken down while delivery is still running. Everything queued after that moment fails.
• The platform pushes back. Instagram, TikTok and X throttle unusual bursts. Delivery slows, then stops short.
• The order was larger than the service really supports. A service advertising a 1M maximum may comfortably deliver 100K and struggle above that.

Partial is not spread evenly

This is the part that is worth acting on. Partial outcomes cluster in specific services rather than being spread across the catalogue. In our own data:

What to do when your order goes partial

1. Check your balance before opening a ticket. The proportional refund is automatic. In most cases the money is already back.
2. Do not immediately re-order the same amount on the same service. If the source is empty, the second order will stall in the same place.
3. Split large orders. Two 500K orders on a service that comfortably handles 500K will finish more reliably than one 1M order.
4. Check the link is still public. A private account is the single most common avoidable cause.
